  1. All of the results obtained by the supports have to be open for public.
  2. Usage fee is charged to each application.
  3. In using Thermo Fisher Scientific FIB-SEM Scios 2 and Hitachi FIB FB-2000, 1,000 yen per hour will be separately charged as the cost for the gallium ion source.
  4. If whole the year usage start is in the middle of the fiscal year in companies, the annual usage fee can proportionally be distributed.
